Our Story
oKAdwuma was born from a simple observation: the job market was broken. Job seekers were struggling to find opportunities that matched their skills and aspirations, while companies were finding it increasingly difficult to identify and attract the right talent.
2018: The Beginning
FoundationoKAdwuma was founded by a team of HR technology experts and former recruiters who saw the need for a more intuitive, efficient job marketplace. The company started with a small team of 5 dedicated individuals.
2020: Rapid Growth
ExpansionDespite the global challenges, 2020 marked a year of significant growth for oKAdwuma. We expanded our team to 50 employees, opened offices in three new cities, and grew our user base to over 50,000 job seekers and 1,000 companies.
2022: Industry Recognition
